A necessary and sufficient condition for two associated simple matroids to be dual

Let L-1 and L-2 be finite geometric lattices, and M(L-1) and M(L-2) be their associated matroids. This paper gives a necessary and sufficient condition for M(L-1) and M(L-2)* (the dual matroid of M(L-2)) to be isomorphic, which is actually an affirmative answer to a question of Welsh.
