Development of structural ordering in (Ba0.8Pb0.2)(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O-3 perovskite

Developments of a perovskite superlattice and Ba0.5TaO3 were investigated as a function of sintering time for (Ba0.8Pb0.2)(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O-3. During the sintering step of powder compacts, fundamental reflections of the perovskite structure developed along with secondary phases of perovsldte superlattice as well as Ba0.5TaO3. Effects of sintering time on phase developments of the two structures were investigated.
