摘要

Methylthionation on benzo[1,2-b: 4,5-b '] dithiophene (BDT) was examined as a promising molecular functionalization strategy to tune the packing structure and molecular orientation on the substrates. beta-Methylthionated BDT with a rubrene-like "pitched'' p-stacking showed higher mobility than its alpha-counterpart with a herringbone packing in single-crystal organic field-effect transistors (SC-OFETs).
