摘要
The theories of quality function deployment (QFD) and inventive problem solving (TRIZ) have been widely used in the engineering field, but they have their own shortcomings in solving engineering problems. The integrated model of QFD and TRIZ is used in this study to make the two methods complement each other and help the engineers to find key problems quickly and solve them efficiently, which provides new idea for the technological innovation. This study takes the improved scheme design of the gas turbine casing as a case and designs an asymmetric structural casing assembly scheme through the stages of demand analysis, building a house of quality(HOQ), contradiction analysis and program output.The key technical parameters that need to be improved can be verified by the integrated model of QFD and TRIZ theories, which provides inspired solutions for the contradiction problems that are difficult to be resolved. ? 2022, Editorial Department of Journal of Engineering for Thermal Energy and Power .
