摘要

In order to study the crashworthiness of a new type of bridge pier anti-collision device by sandwich plate with overall curved surface, the mechanical properties of anti-collision box by sandwich plates of different thicknesses with overall curved surface were compared for analysis from different impact angles and in different impact positions with numerical method. The results show that the absolute values of stress in two directions on the surface of the outer steel plate of sandwich plate are 2 times as those on the surface of the inner steel plate;the compressive stress values in different directions on the surface of outer steel plate have little difference, and decrease quickly around;the stress on the surface of the inner steel plate has the change of tension-compression near the point of impact, and the absolute value of the vertical stress is greater than that of the transverse stress;the pier anti-collision box by sandwich plate with overall curved surface has little chance of head-on impact, oblique impact can obviously reduce the stress of the box, the reduced degree of stress at the impact point with vertical deviation is much greater than that with horizontal deviation;and the change of sandwich plate thickness has greater influence on the stress of the steel plate than on the indentation depth.
