摘要
In this paper car-following theory to study the traditional vehicle's running cost arid the electric vehicle's running cost. The numerical results illustrate that the traditional vehicle's running cost is larger than that of the electric vehicle and that the system's total running cost drops with the increase of the electric vehicle's proportion, which shows that the electric vehicle is better than the traditional vehicle from the perspective of the running cost.
