摘要
The salt industry in ancient China was one of the most important pillar industries of the national economy and a main source of government revenue. Salt directly affects the social, economic, and cultural development with a rich cultural significance. Hence, the application and significance of the Zigong salt culture in modern landscapes were studied. This study first introduces the concept of Zigong salt culture and discusses the modern Chinese style residential landscape of the case study. Finally, the use and significance of the Zigong salt culture in the modern landscape is assessed based on process analysis. Experimental results show that the use of Zigong salt culture in modern landscapes is conducive for the elegant expression of landscape design.
