摘要
In this study, a two-step hydrothermal reaction approach was adopted to synthesize Ag@hierarchical TiO2 core-shell nanostructure (Ag@h-TiO2). XRD, SEM and TEM suggested that the as-synthesized sample were pure anatase phase and present a core-shell nanostructure. Ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) absorption spectra result indicated that the absorption range extends to the visible light range. Compared with commercial P25 and pure hierarchical TiO2, Ag@h-TiO2 core-shell nanostructure exhibited a markedly enhanced photocatalytic activity in the degradation of methyl orange and methyl blue under simulated solar irradiation.
