This article describes the functioning of mine air compression refrigerator cooperating with the evaporative water cooler
Data results of air, refrigerant and water for two types of refrigerators: DV-290 with the refrigerant R22 and with the evaporative cooler RK-450 and TS-300B with the refrigerant R407C and with the evaporative cooler CWW-420 are shown.
Moreover, mathematical equations of system work description introduced earlier were given. The focused character of all its elements, which corresponds to jump assumption of flowing medium parameter modifications was accepted. From equations, the parameter values at the inlet and outlet of exchangers were calculated, taking the parameter values at their inlets as the input data to the calculations.
Fundamental purpose of realized measurements and calculations was an experimental verification of system of equations, which is a mathematical model of air cooling system. This verification was made in the relation to the exchanger thermal powers - evaporator, condenser and evaporative water cooler. Within the framework of verification, absolute and relative deviations of calculated and measured values, maximal deviations, average deviations and standard deviations from tests were specified. Next, statistical significance of these deviations were determined.
All data were correlated in 8 tables.
