摘要

An approach is proposed for fusion of parameterized model, sensitivity analysis and multidisciplinary optimal design. The steps as follow: (1) set up a parameterized model for the geometry of flight vehicles with parameters of different levels, (2) reduce the number of design parameters by using a sensitivity analysis method, (3) use the gradual optimal design method to solve the problem of integrated aerodynamic-stealth optimal design. Several advantages are identified through the application of the proposed method in the shape optimization of an aircraft: (1) the parameterized model can provide an unified model for the two subjects, (2) the task of optimal design is simplified by the sensitivity analysis of the parameters, (3) the fitness of the optimal design is improved by 56.1 and the time used is reduced by 57.02 by using the gradual optimal design method based on the sensitivity analysis.
