摘要
In order to shorten the time of ejection through the canopy, and enhance success possibility of safe escape, the application of miniature detonating cord(MDC) to aviation ejection-escape-system is proposed. Numerical simulation of fracturing canopy with semi-circle MDC composed of HNSII high burn explosive and Pb cover, was performed in two various layout using three-dimensional dynamic nonlinear explicit code LS-DYNA3D. Cutting depth corresponding to changing charge quantities is obtained, which well agrees with the experimental result. Simulation results showed that the MDC layout has no influence on the cutting effect.
