摘要

Experiments of 16 transfer columns and 1 reinforced concrete column under low cyclic reversed loading were carried out. The interaction between concrete and shape steel was analyzed, which showed the effect of partially extended shape steel on transfer column. Volumetric ratio of stirrups, axial compressive ratio, extension length of shape steel and area ratio of shape steel have obvious effect on bearing capacity and ductility performance of transfer column. Bearing capacity increases with the increase of shape steel section and axial compressive ratio, but displacement ductility degenerates at the same time. Extension length of shape steel has little effect on bearing capacity, but displacement ductility changes with the increase of the extension length of shape steel, enhancing at first and then reducing, reaching peak value when extension length of shape steel gets close to three fifths of column height. Bearing capacity and ductility are both enhanced while more stirrups are deposited.
