Islam y derecho: las escuelas jur赤dicas en al-芍ndalus

In the Islamic Law there are four different ways of understanding, four Islamic Schools of Law, even taking into account de same Law principles: the Maliki, Hanafi, Shafi＆i and Hanbali School. These four main Schools of Law have their own Law books, different ways of solving identical problems and do not have the same ways of applying the priority in the Law sources. In this paper, we will show the development of the Maliki Islamic School of Law in Arabic Spain. Incluso bas芍ndose en unos mismos principios jur赤dicos, en el Derecho isl芍mico se registra la existencia de cuatro maneras diferentes de interpretaci車n, de cuatro escuelas jur赤dicas: la escuela malik赤, hanaf赤, shafi＆赤 y hanbal赤. Estas cuatro escuelas predominantes tienen sus propios tratados jur赤dicos, diferentes maneras de resolver problemas similares y forma distinta de aplicar la prioridad en las fuentes jur赤dicas. En este art赤culo veremos la implantaci車n de la escuela jur赤dica malik赤 en al-Andalus.
