摘要

Suitable structure for heat setting machine lead to a significant enhancement of the relaxation heat setting machine performance, the influence of opening ratio on temperature field were presented in this paper. A numerical simulation of flow and temperature fields was performed to investigate the temperature distributing with CFD technology. The porous media model was applied to model orifice plate. Flow and temperature fields of nine different opening ratios were studied by analysis of fluidsolid coupling heat transfer. It is likely that the optimum opening ratio is 5%, which could obtain uniform temperature. The study also shows that increase the opening ratio is conducive to reducing stress concentration, and prolongs structure life. The method can be applied to provide the basis for improve the design of relaxation heat setting machine and get improvement of setting effect.
