摘要

Nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes (N-CNTs) have been prepared on FeNi catalyst by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition in a mixture of N-2, O-2, and CH4. On the opened top of CNT, multi-layer graphene grown self-assembly was observed by transmission electron microscopy and high resolution transmission electron microscopy. The nanohybrid film analyzed by scanning electron microscopy exhibited a porous and 3D morphology and pyridinic and graphitic nitrogen structure confirmed by x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Electrochemical measurement indicated that the film facilitated about three-electron transfer pathway for oxygen reduction reaction in neutral medium and two-electron reductions in both alkaline and acidic solutions.
