摘要

In separate culture of Termitomyces, the purity and growth potential of the isolated strain depends on the separate culture medium and the separate method, in which the pure strain could be isolated from basidiocarp tissues, basidiospores or conidiospores. The biomass of Termitomyces mycelia in submerged culture could be influenced by nutritional compositions and initial pH value of the liquid medium, as well as the temperature, the fermentative period and light. In separate culture of Termitomyces, the antimicrobial function of termite fungal combs is more important than its nutritional function to the development of the Termitomyces colony. Solid culture has been used to preserve the maternal strain or to domesticate the stock strain of Termitomyces mycelia. In domestication, although the termite fungal comb had a potentially insignificant nutritional effect on the growth of Termitomyces mycelia, the nutritional significance of fungal combs to Termitomyces may have some relation to the domestication status of the Termitomyces mycelia. After T albuminosus (Berk.) Heim stromata were produced in the cultivar culture medium in artificial conditions, they could produce basidiocarps during the fruiting season in the field.
