摘要

The vibration noise of vehicle exhaust system is one of the key factors which impact vehicle NVH performance. To a certain type of car exhaust pipe, adopt finite element method for analysis. First, ascertain the natural frequency and vibration mode using FEM and process contrast demonstration to the practical test results. Then, based on the installation mode, use FEM to progress optimality analysis of stiffness of exhaust system hanger; present the analysis results of several groups of stiffness of typical hanger. Finally, process elementary analysis to the vibration load harmonic of exhaust system.
