A 3D Cu(I)-organic framework constructed from discrete Cu2I2 moiety and infinite [CuI]n chain

摘要

A novel 3D Cu(I)-organic framework based on two different secondary building units (SBUs) has been successfully synthesized. @@@ A three-dimensional Cu(I)-organic framework, [Cu3I3(ppt)center dot DMSO](n), (ppt = 3-(pyrazin-2-yl)-5-[4-(pyrid-4-yl) phenyl]-1,2,4-triazole, DMSO = dimethyl sulfoxide) was successfully synthesized under solvothermal condition by the reaction of CuI and a multidentate N-containing organic molecule. Two different secondary building units (SBUs), discrete Cu2I2 moiety and infinite [CuI](n) chain, were constructed in the title compound. Through the linkage of these subunits with the pi-conjugated ligand, a non-interpenetrated network was finally constructed. The synthesis, structural characterization, photoluminescence and photocatalytic property of the compound have been investigated in this work.
