Space dynamic evolution and characteristics of urban fringe based on gis and fragstats landscape level

The paper is based on the remote sensing image data in 1989, 2000, 2005, 2010, and 2013 in WuHan, combines with GIS, remote sensing image interpretation and Fragstats landscape index and other analysis methods, and extracts the related data about landscape architecture space in WuHan urban fringe to analyze the dynamic evolution and feature changes of macro landscape architecture space in WuHan urban fringe based on landscape levels. The results show that fragmentation degree of macro landscape architecture space in WuHan urban fringe is deepening, space heterogeneity is increasing and the spatial structure tend to be more complicated.
