摘要
An efficient and convenient synthesis of 1-(4-acetyl-5-aryl-5-methyl-[1,3,4] oxadiazol-2-ylmethyl)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1H-[1,8] naphthyridin-2-ones 4 has been achieved by cyclization of acetophenone [2-oxo-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2H-[1,8]-naphthyridin-1-yl] methylcarbonylhydrazones 3 with acetic anhydride using silica gel as solid support under microwave irradiation. The characterization of Synthesized compounds has been done by elemental analyses, IR and H-1 NMR spectral data.
