摘要
The superconductivity of YBa2Cu3O7/PrBa2Cu3O7 (YBCO/PBCO) multilayers has been studied under parallel and perpendicular magnetic fields H ranging from 0 to 7 T. The resistive transitions of the selected [YBCO/PBCO]s of 48 angstrom/100 angstrom and 48 angstrom/12 angstrom have been investigated in detail. For both systems the linear behavior of Hc2(T) versus T was found near T(c); when the temperature T decreases and the magnetic field increases, the H(c2)(T) versus T curves show non-linear behavior. It is interesting to note that in the 48 angstrom/100 angstrom system when H > 5 T, the slope of the H(c2)(T) versus T curve increases rapidly and approaches -20 T/K. This behavior implies that the T(c) of the 48 angstrom/100 angstrom system is almost independent of the magnetic field in the high-field region. The above phenomena may be attributed to the dimensional crossover of the superconductivity which will be discussed under the behavior of the G-L coherence length xi(T), and the proximity effect between YBCO and PBCO layers.
