摘要
In this paper we calculate electric field distribution and forces acting on single dielectric particle. Dipole approximation method is adopted. Finite element method is used in order to evaluate electromagnetic field in fluid suspension. Different shapes of interdigitated electrodes are investigated in order to optimize dielectrophoretic force acting on particle. At the end computational results are presented.
