摘要
In this paper, we consider the comprehensive evaluation of vendor performance by estimating both general performance factors and risk performance factors, and the company's risk tolerance, and then propose a new approach of vendor evaluation and selection based on maximizing deviation multiple attribute decision. Moreover, a case of DCL company's key component vendor selection is presented to illustrate the applicability of the proposed method. The numerical results show that our method can be effectively used to select suppliers by considering the comprehensive evaluation of vendor performance with the company's risk tolerance.
