摘要
The concentration evolution of crystal structure, magnetic moment and anisotropy constants in U-2(Fe1-xNix)(13.6)Si-3.4 investigated on single crystals grown by the Czochralski method is found to be similar to that in the previously studied U-2(Fe1-xNix)(13.6)Si-3.4 system, only the Ni solubility is limited by x = 0.3 in difference with unlimited Co solubility.
