摘要

A simple colorimetric and fluorescent anion chemosensor 1 based on the thiourea group bis-[N-(p-nitrobenzene)-N'-amidothiourea]-1-hydrogen-4-methyl-2,6-dicarboxaldehyde-phenylhydrazone 1 has been designed, synthesized, and characterized by H-1-NMR, electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (ESI-MS), and elemental analyses. The strong basic anions such as F- and AcO- resulted in a significant decrease in fluorescent emission intensity of the compound 1, accompanied synchro-nously with a dramatic color change from light yellow to red in organic medium. H-1-NMR titration experiments shed light on the nature of the interactions between 1 and the anions.
