The new generation of migrant workers returning home for business can reduce the city population pressure, reduce the pressure of employment and security of city. On the other hand, the entrepreneurial success of migrant workers can also reverse providing jobs to the community, further ease the employment competitiveness of township agricultural industry to maximize the use of resources, to promote the maximization of commodity circulation, promote the rapid development of agricultural economy. It has also been strongly supported by the state and relevant parts. This paper improved GEM model analysis of China's migrant workers entrepreneurship in all aspects of the factors affecting the use of improved GEM model. Based on the social environment in about migrant workers entrepreneurship factors, study the relationship between these factors and return home business, and analyze its practical significance.
