摘要

A novel flexible mechanical-to-electrical energy conversion device is developed based on a p-n organic junction diode architecture. The device produced a power density up to 2 mu W cm(-3) at an operating frequency of 0.1 Hz, suitable for harvesting mechanical energy from low-frequency sources such as wind, ocean waves, and human motions.
