摘要
The characteristics of the Optoelectronic oscillator (OEO) are studied in detail. The named hold band and capture band are described in Clock Division. The reason that an OEO is stable for clock devise was analyzed. The frame clock with a timing jitter 0.7ps is extracted from the 8 x 2.5Gbit/s RZ OTDM signal and amplitude equally 40Gb/s all "1" data signal.
