摘要

Poly(carbonyl urea) oligomer (PCUO) was successfully synthesized by the condensation polymerization of urea and dimethyl carbonate with the self-made catalyst. And then it was further employed to reacted with potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) to obtain poly(carbonyl urea-alt-potassium dihydrogen phosphate) (PCUO-KDP) by melt polycondensation. The oligomer PCUO was characterized by FT-IR, C-13-NMR and elemental analysis, and then PCUO-KDP diblock copolymer was characterized by P-31-NMR. The effect of the molar ratio of PCUO to KDP, the reaction time and the reaction temperature on the yields or number-average molecular weight (M-n) of polymerization was further investigated in detail. The results indicate that the yields, viscosity, and M-n of the PCUO-KDP were significantly affected by the reaction conditions.
