摘要

Grain orientation and grain boundary structure of the primary recrystallization annealed samples of Fe-3% Si steel produced by CSP technology simulated in laboratory conditions were investigated by XRD and EBSD technique. The results show that Goss grains are not dominant in quantity and the dominant orientation is γ texture for primary recrystallization grains. Goss grains are mainly nucleated around {111} <112> grains and they are mainly large angle grain boundaries from 25° to 55° and Σ3 grain boundaries.
