摘要

Time-series disaggregation (TSD) aims at disaggregating low-frequency data to high-frequency data. Existing TSD methods only handle single time series with constant recording time step whereas in many practical problems the time step is variable. On the other hand, in a network of interacting components with different data acquisition frequencies, there are many time series related to each other that cannot be disaggregated using the existing TSD methods. This work initially formulates a TSD method for a single time series with variable time step and then extends it to many related time series with variable time steps. Comparative studies show superiority of the proposed TSD methods over the existing approaches. The method is verified by numerical examples and then applied to a gas network with 284 related time series.
