摘要

For port supply chains, service quality plays a significant role in the enhancement of customers' satisfaction, for which the absence of efficient supervision will result in its imbalance. This thesis conducts a means of evolutionary game to probe into the coordination of service quality of port supply chains with the establishment of an evolutionary game's model on the basis of quality performance of port service supply chain. It also simulates the game process over the quality coordination strategy taken by the node enterprises of port supply chains and sparks a discussion about quality coordination's stability.
