摘要

Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCs) based on nanocrystalline TiO(2) films were fabricated with an amphiphilic ruthenium sensitizer NaRu (2,2'-bipyridine-4-carboxylic acid-4'-carboxylate) (4,4'-dinonyl-2,2'-bipyridine)-(NCS)2, named as Z907, and dimethylphosphinic (DMOP) acid as coadsorbent. ATR-FTIR result showed that DMOP binds strongly to the TiO(2) surface with Z907. Photovoltaic measurements proved that DMOP can improve the efficiency of DSC by 10%. Transient spectra analysis revealed that DMOP can decrease the chemical capacitance of TiO(2) film and shift the conduction band-edge more negatively. Moreover, DMOP can improve the long term stability of DSC, which is promising for the application of DSCs.
