摘要
We report the design and fabrication of variable reflectivity mirrors with Gaussian profiles for Nd:YAG lasers. The fabricated mirror shows reflectivity %26gt; 90% in the 1050-1270 nm wavelength range. In addition, the mirror has uniform reflectivity %26gt; 90% in and around the mirror center at 1064 nm wavelength.
