摘要

This paper reviewed empirical literature on the relationship between strategy, structure, and/or processes in supply chains and performance using the Strategy-Structure-Processes-Performance (SSPP) paradigm. The literature was collected from the eight journals in the areas of logistics, operations, and supply chain management. As a result, most of the papers have focused on the relationship between supply chain processes and performance. In order to expand such a process-focused discussion into a comprehensive one that includes strategy and structure, the authors propose a framework on structure, processes, and performance that match with two generic supply chain strategies.
