摘要

The mould powder character of high casting velocity steel slab are different from normal CC slab powder. Physical and chemistry performance of low carbon slab paper powder are analysed, technical capability such as adsorption inclusions are tested by simulated modeling experiment on the basis of slab production condition. Presents the appraise result of high velocity CC powder entirely. Especially the lubricative capability of powder between copperplate and slab shell are emphasized, which can charactered by 3 parameter of powder, crystallizing temperature and ratio, solidification temperature.
