摘要

Based on the previous research, the slope stability analysis of unreinforced and step excavation reinforced homogeneous slope with weak interlayer has been done by rigid limit equilibrium method and strength reduction method respectively, and the influence of the step width and the step height to the anti-sliding safety factor of slope has been analyzed. The analysis has again validated the validity of traditional limit equilibrium, and the varying trends of the two calculated results agree well with each other. The slope-top surcharge, seismic load and groundwater pressure have significant adverse effects on the slope antioverturning stability. The higher step height and the lower step width are adverse to improve the safety factor of the slope anti-slide stability, and the influence of step width is more significant. The suitable width and height of slope step can guarantee the safety of slope, control the project cost effectively. This paper can provide references for the design and the constructions of similar step slopes.
