摘要

Based on the cross-section data of small-and-medium-sized Innovative pilot enterprises in Fujian province in 2009, we chose sales revenue of new products as output index, and R&D input intensity, R&D personnel proportion in employed person, staff educational expenditure proportion in main business income, the number of research institutes, science and technology research fund, research experiment expenditure as impact factors, used regression model to estimate their influence on sales revenue of new products. Results showed that staff educational expenditure proportion in main business income is the main determinant of sales revenue of new products. The results are quite different from using only R&D personnel or expenditure as impact factor.
