Analysis on changes of annual runoff of Ebinur lake basin by climate changes and human activity during the past 60 years

Taking Ebinur Lake Basin in the arid land as a case, the change characteristics of annual runoff in source rivers and mainstream of Ebinur Lake Basin are analyzed by the hydrologic data during the recent 60 years. In addition, this paper talking about the impacts of climate change and human activities on the change of water resource of Ebinur Lake Basin. The positive effect of climate change and negative effect of human activity were separated and analyzed quantitatively by means of the hydrologic data. The results provide the reference and scientific basis for the conservation strategies, sustainable management, ecological restoration in the Ebinur Lake Basin.
