摘要

A physical-chemical theory of a microplasma process developing on the surface of a metal electrode immersed in an electrolytic solution is presented for the case where high-energy flows are localized in the nanolayers of the metal-electrolyte interface. Mathematical modeling of formation of nanostructural inorganic nonmetallic coatings is performed. The microplasma process is represented as collective microplasma discharges whose characteristics depend on the pre-assigned parameters of the process and influence the properties of the resulting inorganic nonmetallic coatings.
