摘要
<正>We study a biquadratic homogeneous polynomial optimization problem over two unit spheres arising in nonlinear elastic material analysis and in entanglement studies in quantum physics.We use two different approaches to generate in polynomial time anΩ(1/m)-approximation solution for this problem.
