摘要

Samples of OMC (ordered mesoporous carbon) and xNiO (x=0.01, 0.12, 0.04)/C composites were prepared by microwave assisted synthesis. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), nitrogen adsorption, inductively coupled plasma (ICP) and cyclic voltammetry (CV) were employed to characterize the physical and chemical properties of the samples. Results show that slightly reducing of pore size means that nanoparticles are embedded on pore walls of OMC. However, OMC retaining of ordered mesostructure and large surface area upon supporting appropriate NiO content are confirmed by XRD, TEM and nitrogen sorption. Data of ICP show high supporting efficiency in the microwave -assisted method. Great specific capacitance over 400 F.g(-1) and high electrochemical stability present favorable prospects for this supporting method.
