摘要

The hydraulic anti-resonant vibration isolator mounted in the helicopter isolation system can effectively attenuate the excitation force induced by the helicopter rotor. It possesses the advantages of easy installation, low damping over the lever-type anti-resonant vibration isolators which are facing the problems of high noise and serious wear. It is composed of two metal bellows and a supplementary spring and possesses an anti-resonance frequency, at which the pressure vibration in the fluid induced by the inertial force is in opposite phase to the spring force of the isolator, specially suiting for the isolation of line-spectrum vibrations. In the paper, two types of hydraulic anti-resonant vibration isolator models were built and isolation bandwidths were developed which are related to the inertia mass and magnification ratio. Furthermore, a train of thought about a 2-dof hydraulic anti-resonant vibration isolator was put forward to obtain larger bandwidths.
