摘要
This paper presents the basic service features of University Science Park by analyzing the fourteen-year developing process of Tsinghua Science Park. Based on the theoretical analysis, the paper points out that innovative service has to enhance the conformity of six elements which are "government, industries, universities, research institutions, finance and agencies", because the University Science Park has three main practical functions of incubating innovative enterprises, nurturing innovative talents and promoting technique transfers. The study of value-added service of Tsinghua Science Park may be an apotheosis for the other Chinese University Science Parks.
