摘要

A finite element simulation for cold isostatic pressing of selective laser sintered stainless parts was conducted. The modified Cam-Clay model and ABAQUS software were used during the simulation. A hardening curve of the material was attained by cold isostatic pressing experiments. The achieved geometries and the predictions were compared indicating a good agreement. The results show the model is proper to the cold isostatic pressing of selective laser sintered stainless parts. The sensibility of the simulation results to parameters of the model was discussed by orthogonal array method. The results show the hardening curve is the most important factor of all. The simulations could give a useful instruction to designs of dimension and shape of the parts. The method can also be extended to more complex shape part.
