A Facile Hydrazine Amperometric Sensor Based on a Glassy Carbon Electrode Modified with Au Nanoparticles-MnO2 Composites

摘要

A facile hydrazine sensor based on Au nanoparticles-MnO2 composite on the glassy carbon electrode (Au/MnO2/GCE) was directly obtained by electrochemical deposition approach. The prepared modified electrode presented good oxidation peak currents of hydrazine in a wide linear range from 5 mu M to 2.0 mM with a correlation coefficient of 0.9998. The sensitivity was 694 mu A mM(-1) cm(-2) and its detection limit was 1.7 mu M (S/N = 3).
