摘要

This study aims to develop the numerical simulation model of the deep drawing process and to design the control system for blank holder force. The blank holder forces and the components with different qualifications for different parameters have been obtained by using the numerical simulation model. In this research, the die set for the deep drawing of an aluminium blank has been designed and its numerical simulations have been realized under varying blank holder force and punch speed by using the ABAQUS/Explitic finite element code. Then, an Adaptive Neuro - Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) model of the process has been prepared under MATLAB/Neuro-Fuzzy Toolbox and the model has been trained using FEM simulation data. The different softwares to select the optimum process parameters have been developed and it has been integrated with ANFIS model. Finally, it has been firmed that the developed system can control the performance of deep drawing process according to optimal parameters.
