摘要
A 61-year-old man with a history of squamous cell carcinoma of the lung presented with a progressive left foot pain for 7 months. Bone scan was acquired to evaluate possible metastasis, which showed abnormal accumulation of Tc-99m-MDP in the left foot, which was seen in the medial cuneiform bone on SPECT/CT images. Histopathological examination from biopsy specimen confirmed cuneiform bone metastasis from lung squamous carcinoma.
