摘要

0.94Bi(0.51)(Na1-x K (x) )(0.50)TiO3-0.06(Ba0.98Ca0.02)(Ti0.94Sn0.06)O-3 (abbr. as BNKxT-BCTS) ceramics with x = 0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.30, and 0.40 were prepared by the conventional solid-state method, and the effect of K content on their microstructure and electrical properties together with the temperature dependence of their piezoelectric properties was investigated. It was found that the morphotropic phase boundary of rhombohedral and tetragonal phases lies in the range of 0 ae<currency> x ae<currency> 0.10, the best electrical properties in this composition range being (d (33) similar to 201 pC/N and T (d) similar to 100 A degrees C). The results indicate that an appropriate amount of K could further improve the piezoelectric properties and widen the application temperature range of these materials.
