Downhole shear swirling flow vibration cementing tool has shear, swirling flow and vibration triple effects. It can enhance cementing quality in various aspects .This paper developes discussion in the aspects of the tool to change the performance of cementing fluid by shear, to realize turbulent displacement and increase the wall shear stress by swirling flow, to change periodically relative position of the wide and narrow clearance by the eccentric revolution of casing, to increase compressive strength of cement by vibration and so on. It analyzes the mechanism of enhancing cementing quality of the downhole shear swirling flow vibration cementing tool in detail. It deepens the understanding of the tool. Then help to promote the tool further application in oil and gas cementing engineering fields, and further enhance the oil and gas cementing quality.
